Our vision

Outstanding in Our Field

Jeremy Gully Commercial and Howard Associates Chartered Surveyors merged on the 1st May 2003 to form Gully Howard Chartered Surveyors, to become the leading Commercial Property Agents and largest Chartered Surveyors’ Practice on the Isle of Wight.

In November 2021, the professional services business stopped trading, but the Gully Howard name lives on in the current iteration of Gully Howard (Commercial Property), which goes back to Jeremy Gully’s original format.

Director

Gavin Chambers

gchambers@gullyhoward.com

Gavin Chambers has now over 20 years' experience of the Commercial Property market on the Isle of Wight, having joined Gully Howard in September 2003.

Gavin moved to the Island from London in June of that year. He had been in London for the previous 12 years, firstly at Ravensbourne College, achieving an Honours Degree in furniture and product design.  He then went into the design-led contract furniture market, working alongside such companies as Foster + Partners in specifying, designing and supplying furniture for such projects as the HSBC Headquarters building in Canary Wharf and City Hall building by Tower Bridge.

Gavin was brought up in Somerset where he attended Millfield School. It was this rural upbringing that was the key factor for moving out of London to the Isle of Wight for him and his young family to enjoy the higher quality of life that the Island provides.

Agent & Administrator

Morgan Williams

mwilliams@gullyhoward.com

Morgan Williams joined Gully Howard in October 2021. He had previously gained valuable experience with Ventnor Town Council, working initially as an Administrative Assistant Apprentice and subsequently becoming their Administrator.

Having grown up on the Isle of Wight, Morgan knows the island very well and is familiar with the characteristics of the localities. He is still keenly learning on the job and has brought much to the company, including his interest in and knowledge of IT systems. Away from the office, he can be found racing his speedway motorbike on most Thursdays during the summer.

Thank you very much to Lincoln Miles and Lisa Traxler for allowing us to photograph at their wonderful home, The Bunker, St Lawrence
